Challenges

Previously, fleet owners using Exponent battery packs struggled with a poorly designed IoT tracking dashboard that was cluttered and difficult to navigate, complicating real-time tracking and data retrieval. Alongside critical UX issues, additional challenges included inefficient real-time vehicle tracking, ineffective energy management, and a lack of detailed analytics, all hindering operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Results

The revamped dashboard addressed these UX issues with a cleaner, intuitive interface that improved navigation and user engagement. It integrated real-time GPS tracking, organized layouts for vehicle and energy consumption details, and comprehensive analytics that allow for easy comparison and performance tracking over various periods. These enhancements not only streamlined operations but also significantly boosted confidence among fleet owners, improving transparency and the overall utility of the system provided by Exponent.
