Challenges

Previously, Exponent Pump owners received only monthly updates on their equipment, which limited their ability to make informed, real-time decisions regarding their pump performance and earnings. Additionally, owners of Exponent-powered vehicles expressed a need for more granular data. They sought a live tracking solution that could provide daily insights into pump performance, vehicle charging activities, frequency of charging sessions, peak times for energy consumption, total energy throughput, and average State of Charge (SOC) at the start of charging.

Results

In response to these needs, we designed and implemented a comprehensive dashboard that delivers real-time analytics and detailed reports. This solution enables pump and vehicle owners to monitor daily performance metrics and earnings. Key features include live tracking of each charging session, identification of vehicles, and analysis of charging patterns. We also introduced metrics for total energy throughput and average SOC before charging, enhancing strategic planning and operational efficiency. As a result
